For our Virtual Messengers service where we deliver a message for you, this must be paid for online before we can complete the message delivery.
For all other services:
For personally funded clients, you can choose. to prepay or be invoiced after services have been delivered, depending on your booking with us this could be weekly or fortnightly.
NDIS participants - You will receive an invoice only after services have been delivered. Depending on your booking with us this could be weekly or fortnightly.
Our invoices can be paid online using your card or via direct deposit.
For our recurring service packages, we can schedule weekly payments via GoCardless.

You can purchase our pre-paid packages through our website. If you prefer, you can also make payments over the phone using your bank card. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice to pay online.
For recurring package payments, we can either invoice you weekly or schedule direct debits from your bank account or bank card via GoCardless.
NDIS Participants may be able to use their NDIS funding to pay for our services.
